I almost broke my putter yesterday haha. This is me on 17 after just doing two 3 putts in a row. I was in the fringe in 3 on a par 5. Pin high. Had a stroke on this hole so making par (or even birdie) was crucial. My first stroke I barely even hit the ball. Hadn’t been able to get the feel of the greens all day and the stress of having to make par made me just fully break in my downswing. This left me a 2m putt for par. I really thought: why am I putting myself in this position. Lesson of the day: putting is so important. How I’ve been building up my speed. It’s a mix between pumping myself up and using the right muscles, timing and technique. After this we started blasting some music to get even more pumped and I finally managed to get over 100MPH. It also helped that @fit2swing challenged me to do 50 push ups otherwise.
