Life...Without a Handbook

Welcome to Life…I’m Carolyn. In life there are so many things we go through, I hope that together we can learn to grow through them. My goal is to use our social media platforms as the very powerful tool that is, to reconnect people by having real conversations about real Life… Not the things we see on Social Media, the opposite actually true things in Life…that affect us day by day and moment to moment.

As a former foster child my whole life has been a creating and attempting to maintain long term bonds, even in the most unique of circumstances. My adult life has been much like the Cat Steven’s song The Wind-I listen to wind of my soul and where I will end up only God knows. I have moved to NY with just the money in my pocket and a dream. I have traveled the world working for a non profit to help however we could, Crow Creek Indian Reservation, Haiti, Tornados in Alabama and for floods in Louisiana. As an actor I’ve played many roles, the role I want to “play” the most to me…authentic human being.

My desire is to support my friend’s journey to self acceptance as I learn to accept myself. Life… is not about knowing, it is about learning and growing together. I’m just another person living “Life…Without a Handbook” and I’d love for you to join me.
