Trips block 485lbs!!
Since I've been on this weightloss journey squats or anything that involved legs been tough because of my mobility because how big I am. I always want to skip but my bro Noa Tongi will call me a quitter and my dads words "oua foi" is something im living by. Big REP pr for me 485lbs for 3.
