It's been our wish to confront the criminals and ask them so many Why's.

Finally , I had a moment yesterday.
The criminal was sitting on the first bench while the two social workers were sitting in the next bench behind him. When I saw the bench on their left side vacant , I chose to sit nearer to the criminal and two social workers.
I started talking and asking the social worker whom we've been seeing escorting the criminal since day 1 in the court. I was upset upon hearing that until that day , inaasikaso pa daw nila yung papeles na mailipat siya rehab facility sa region kasi wala daw pong tatanggap na rehab center. (It was the order of the court before his 18th.) Until the discussion was getting intense. Lumipat ng upuan yung social worker to give way to other who is actually handling the case of the criminal to answer my questions.

Sabi ko po ma'am kaya po walang tatanggap na rehab center sa kanila even yung doon sa Alabang kasi hindi talaga sila qualified sa bigat ng krimen na ginawa nila. Doon sila sa detention ng CICL dapat. Bakit iginigiit nyo ma Iparehab siya.
We already clarified during our dialogue with the CHR, DOJ and DSWD Regional Office that Detention is different from the Rehab center.
I cited RA 10630 yung amendment ng RA 9344 na hindi po lahat ng CICL ay qualified sa diversion program.

And now he is already 18 and perhaps the story will be different.
And that's when I started to intentionally talk loud enough for the criminal to hear lahat ng hinanakit namin. Gusto ko marinig niya kung ano ka bigat at ka sakit ang naramdaman namin sa walang awang pagkatay nya sa aming dalawang walang kalaban laban na anak na wala naman kasalanan sa kanya. Ni hindi sila magkakakilala. Pumunta lang siya sa bahay para patayin sila. Gusto ko sa ganoong paraan man lamang maibsan ang pangungulila namin at puot sa dibdib sa siyam na buwan na naming tinitiis.

We've been waiting for the criminal turned 18 and finally last August 6. I took advantage of that moment while the judge or any officer was not yet around. The cubicle was empty. Only the security guards.

While talking to the social worker repeating on how the criminal killed my two children and so on....the SWAT moved him to the other side of the bench away from me. It was when I rose my voice.

Tanong ko sa SWAT bakit mo siya ililipat? Ano ba ang ginagawa ko sa kanya? Am I hurting him? Ka OA mo naman kulang na lang lagyan mo nang mosquito net yan. Ka over protective naman ninyo sa criminal na yan. (Nakalimutan nyo po na hindi na po menor de edad yan ngayon.)

Lumabas po ang Isang court staff from the other room and warned me na pwede daw ako ma contempt.

Why would I be charged of CONTEMPT?
Contempt is an offense of being disobedient to or disrespectful toward a court of law and it's officers in the form of behavior that opposes or defies the authority , justice and dignity of the court.

Hindi ako mapakali while nakaupo observing people in the court.
Everybody was talking to each other loud enough for me to hear while there was a confrontation between the plainfiff and the defendant ..I stood and approached the SWAT again bakit hindi mo sila sinasaway?
Kasi daw it sounded na pinariringgan ko yung cruminal. Yes I intentionally did that. Nasasaktan kayo when i uttered the word G # while narrating to the social worker how he killed my children?

That word was the slightest n common expression of everybody when he/she felt upset even when one is overwhelmed of something. Isang word na G # ay hindi kayang tumbasan ang isang stub wound out of 51 na natamo ni Boyboy galing sa kanila.

Besides I was confident hindi na xa menor de edad kahapon.

After that I approached the staff who warned me of CONTEMPT and asked him what were his bases.
1. There was no judge yet or any other officers. The cubicle was completely empty with the court officers.
2. My discussion with the social welfare was not an act of disobedience to a court order either disrespect any court officers there.
3. Such discussion or talk with the social worker didn't defy the authority, justice and dignity of the court.
Since everybody in the court was talking , discussing while waiting for the judge and officers.
4. Take note. I didn't confront the criminal. It was the social welfare whom was talking to. Again..he is not a MINOR this time.
5. Please don't exaggerate and over react.

I'm not going to hurt your beloved criminals because I DO RESPECT THE LAW. WE DO RESPECT THE LAW. I knew my limitations. That's why we are trying to carry this overwhelming pains in nine months today because we wanted to let the JUSTICE SYSTEM works for it.

That hearing ended with the court's order to the Social Worker to make a report that the criminal had already turned 18 last August 6.

I happened to talk to the criminal's lawyer and other officers and to summarize everybody was confused of the implementation of the law. Dami daw loof holes..etc . Sabi Niya wake up call daw yung case namin. So sino dapat ang mag wake up o magising? Mga magulang? Mga lawmakers? Mga menor de edad? Mga judges? Government?
They acted opposite to what they actually felt.

Siguro TAMA yung pinaabot sa amin ng author of the law...WALA daw problema ang BATAS ang problema daw ay EXAGGERATED interpretation and implementation of the LAW . Or perhaps need to amend the law kasi iba iba po ang interpretation sa batas.

Wala po kaming ibang hangad kundi makita kung ano ang CAUSE kung bakit my two children were deprived to live.

Wala kaming inaasahan kundi maging sensitibo ang mga taong humahawak sa mga kriminals. We've been witnessing how they protected and cared the criminals since and getting jealous for my children. Gusto ko lng makuha kung ano ang dapat sa mga anak ko. JUSTICE! JUSTICE!

Maawa at naaawa kayo sa scripted pa awa awa effect ng mga kriminals? Kung totoo siyang mabuting tao na may mabuting puso at budhi hindi niya kayang gawin yun sa mga anak ko na wala namang kasalanan sa kanya.
Sinabi ko na noon pa na Isa sa mga dahilan na Wala silang takot na gawin ang pagpatay dahil naniniwala sila na hindi sila makukulong. They knew the law and they knew how to play with the law.

Wala na pong pwedeng magawa ang mga kriminals na yan hindi na nila maibalik ang buhay ng mga anak ko kung hindi harapin nila ang parusa
na dapat sa kanila. Let justice prevails.

Hindi sila ang abused sila ang mga criminals and that what made the difference. 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔
