Crying or feeling your emotions doesn’t make u weak , it helps you to release and heal . Suppressing emotions does more harm than good .
Apart from my daily practices - I’ve highlighted the importance of crying nd feeling your emotions .
Since childhood we are taught that crying makes you weak whereas
- suppressing them does more harm , unexpressed emotions and grief for a prolonged period can cause diseases in your body
- Real strength comes from allowing yourself to be vulnerable without judging yourself
- Incase grieving the loss of a loved one or going through any other traumatic experience, accept your situation first and then allow yourself to fully feel your emotions
- Remember not to be stuck in a loop of victim hood but releasing emotions through healthy outlets should be done
