Preventing and overcoming is not about tips, tricks, hacks.

It's simpler than that!

The only thing you need is a "paradigm change".

You don't have to worry about scheduling 15 minutes in nature daily, or take "regular breaks" (whatever that means), or take 5 deep breaths every hour...

Those are just more things on your "to do list".

Just start being and living in a different way.

When you do that, you don't need any more tips, tricks and hacks.

Easier said than done though...
