Hey all, I am happy & excited to share with you all that I will be running a half-marathon race on the 28/05/2023 to show gratitude to my God for choosing to spare my life in the deadly car accident i was a part of in 2021. 🙏🏽

Wanyuri Foundation is seeking a full-time Hair-dresser for our Development & training campus in Yaoundé.

 Wanyuri Development & training center is one of the foundation’s largest ventures to help promote self-reliance and fight poverty amongst the less-privileged in Cameroon. Wanyuri offers trainings in four different sectors including the Hair & beauty sector. We have close to 100 beneficiaries registered and benefitting at the center.
POSITION SUMMARY
Hairdresser: The primary responsibility for this position is to provide & train others on beautician.
Nail-tech: Perform nail services to clients & trainees including but not limited to, filing, buffing, cutting, and polishing.
 Maintains proper inventory of supplies and communicates supply needs for order
 Performs beautician duties including but not limited to shampoos, cut, color, perms
 Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and a positive, calm environment.
 Prior experience is preferred.
 Coordinates services with customers and trainees.
 Performs & train others on weaves, braids, haircuts, shampoos and permanents as desired by customers.
 May offer additional services such as manicures or pedicures.
Reports any unusual conditions to our manager.
 Maintains daily record keeping in coordination with manager.
 Maintains inventory of beauty & hair supplies based on supply and demand.
