E-commerce Operation Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the e-commerce platform and ensure that products are displayed accurately.
2. Work with other team to create and execute online promotions and campaigns.
3. Ensure that all products are priced correctly, and discounts are applied accurately.
4. Manage the order fulfillment process, including order processing, emailing/communicating.
5. Monitor inventory levels and report in a timely manner.
6. Skilled about page moderation and customers’ query management.
7. Primary graphic design/editing skill.
8. Drive online sales and provide customer support.

Qualifications:

1. No specific degree required, however good to be a university student/graduate.
2. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
3. Good/fluent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

Working Conditions:

1. Work from home with personal device (Laptop/Desktop)
2. May require to visit office as and when required

Benefits:
- Around BDT 10,000 per month + sales incentives/commissions.
