"Terms & Conditions"
* Rates given here are not negotiable. So we are cordially requesting you not to go for bargaining.* 50% payment is required in advance (at least 15 days before your event) for booking.* The rest 50% payment must be paid on the day of Program.*We request clients (Bride and Groom) to sit with us for a open discussion of the program. It is important for us to know your proper requirements and program script. As we priorities capturing moments, knowing bonding with other family members is important.
* After finishing event Transportation facility of photographers must be arranged by clients if needed.
*For events outside of Kishoreganj or Dhaka main city clients have to arrange transportation and accommodation.*For Hindu wedding extra BDT 4,000 will be added with any package you select.*For delivery within 3 days after the program you need to add an amount of 3,000 BDT as additional cost.* For extension of time Frame 1,000 BDT will be charged per hour.* For Bashor shoot, or if the photographer has to cover home rituals after finishing at venue 2,000 BDT will be added.* For Extra (4R size) 100 copies of printed pictures BDT 1500 will be charged.*If the working units face any kind of unprofessional behavior into the program, Photographers and Cinematographers will shut down shooting and pack their bags up from the venue. In that case no amount of booking money is refundable.* ”PhotoHost Bridal House & Event Planner Ltd” will have the copyrights of all the photographs taken and will have the right to post it in their pages & websites for promotion purpose .If any client need to have the copyrights of the photographs with RAW copies and If client don't want to use their photos in our brand promotion then they must have to pay additional 3,000 BDT (Per Event).* All photos along with the printed photographs according to the deal will be provided after 2 weeks from the program date.In case of delivery(Urgent) before our scheduled time,You have to add BDT 2,000 per event.*For better Photographs, the stages and other places where the Bride and the Groom will be sitting must have adequate lighting and proper decorations. * No booking is acceptable over the phone. Advance must be paid to collect the booking receipt.*Booking money is non-refundable, but may rescheduled under special circumstances and on availability.
