“WORBEX” ESPORTS

People were asking why are we not in Warbex Esports

*Before joining Warbex, Musthafis Hossain Riyad (The mastermind atoz🤡), promised to provide salary (2k per month + it'll increase if we get any achievements), GFX/VFX and jersey, without any contract paper. THERE WAS NO VERBAL AGREEMENT WITH US ABOUT TAKING A CUT FROM OUR PRIZEMONEY.

**Musthafis Hossain Riyad(The Mastermind Atoz) was the sole owner and the manager of the ORGANIZATION. We continued to play on our own without any proper coach or management.
We fixed our scrims and played it on our own because they were nowhere to be found.
The management was utter garbage but we continued playing on our own !
They had no sponsor, so we considered their situation and continued under them, regardless of them giving us salary on time or not. WE NEEDED A 6th but they couldn't even manage that, instead they were HEAVILY focused on criticizing us after we lost a scrim.

**After placing 3rd in D1 cup season 2-

They asked for 50k from prize money that's around 33%(1/3rd cut of our prize money) of what we got. They were giving excuses like we Invested on you and they asked for money to make the jerseys for the whole organization which we have nothing to do with, who were never even in touch with us or came to any use, what’s worse is bro was claiming he would pay our salary from that 50k and buy a GAMING CHAIR FOR HIMSELF LOL.

When we secured 3rd place, The MASTERMIND, brought up the topic of taking a cut, we said there was no contract and it was never brought up before. Then he had the audacity to say he thought we would give him a cut, LIKE WHY WOULD WE DO THAT WHEN HE NEVER HELPED US TO BEGIN WITH. Later on we got to know that there’s someone else in on it with him, the owner of Gamer’s Den, who is also the “owner” of Warbex Esports.

***Before the upper bracket final, against MLT, when we were practising he was constantly arguing and wasting our time to take a cut from us. He was claiming complete bu****it like he was the 6th. Everytime we brought up the fact that this was never mentioned in any sort of contract or verbal agreement, he tried to manipulate us by being emotional and tried to blackmail in any way possible. He started acting like a BEGGAR at one point, constantly crying without being reasonable. When we said we would bring such actions to light he called me, our team USELESS and IMMATURE and that we wouldn't be here without him and he deserves all sorts of credit to bring this team together (bro didn’t do ANYTHING for us). Then he threatened us by saying “ওয়ারবেক্স রে ছারা ডি ওয়ান এর টাকা কিভাবে নেই অ দেখে নিবে। “ XD


He cleared the salary(August’s Salary) of 3 people before D1 but rest(2 people) were pending, because we didn’t give a cut from our D1’s prize money, he gave excuses like “আজকে দিবে কালকে দিবে” but as of now we still did not get that money.
