We went to BFC's new branch and tried their Chicken combo and classic burger.Chicken was so juicy and perfectly crispy from outside and burger bun was so soft and tasty. Overall it was a good experience.

I tried Color Clouds cute cotton candies. Here is the review of this.I will say that you all should try this atleast for once. You will not regret it. It is totally different from so called cotton candies. They provide different types of unique and exciting flavours with gifting types of packaging. Stay chill and enjoy the video.

Bhai shobgula e same just Kashundi er tay mayo er shathe kashundi add,Mexican Zinger e mayo er shathe salsa add and the worst one was Moroccan Zinger eta te mayo er shathe ruchi tomato sauce add kore tangy flavour krse.But overall not a worthy thing.Because every burger costs 400tk.So pricewise not worth it.

Brownie: This brownie should be renamed to "death by chocolate" because I felt like the sugar rush would kill me😂 As someone who rarely indulges in chocolate cake, this was quite overwhelming. Don't get me wrong, the cake itself is brilliant; soft, gooey and oh-so-chocolatey. But unless I have a bitter coffee, like an Americano, to go with it, it's a bit too sweet.Absolutely love the serving size and the level of sweetness.Dense. Moist. Chocolatey. Must try! Hope they add nuts to it soon too or have an option for that.

Criossant: A must try breakfast item! Absolutely loved the flaky buttery croissant and the wasabi mayo which was used as the spread. The roast beef was tender, slightly sweet and cold. The caramelized onions sealed the deal making it my new favorite item here! Do note that it can get quite messy to eat given how flaky the pastry is.

Latte: Latte was creamy and delicious and, even with a double shot of espresso, have a milk-forward flavor and a bit of rich foam.

Cappuccino coffee: Enjoyed this cappuchino here.Loved the fact that they use beans!

Cafe Mocha: It was way too creamy for my preference to be honest. The cookie crumble looks attractive but does become soggy at one point. Definitely needed those spoon straws to pick up the cookie bits.But the outlook and visual was not so mouthwatering and eye catchy

Chocolate Tea Cake
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
Beat for 1 mins
Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Beat until foamy consistency
Oil 1/4 cup
All purpose flour 3/4 cup
Chocolate chips
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 cup
Add gradually
Keep aside
Milk 1/2 cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Bring it to a boil
Turn off the flame
Cool for 1 min
Add hot milk into cake batter
Mix slowly
7 inch greased pan
Bake in preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Honey chicken

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast: 1 lb or 454 g
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder: 1/4 tsp
White Pepper: 1/6-1/8 tsp
Water: 3 tbsp

Honey Sauce:
Ketchup: 5 tbsp
Sugar: 4 tbsp
Water: 3 tbsp
Honey: 2 tbsp

Batter:
Egg: 1Large
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Garlic Powder: 1/6 tsp
Cold Water: 10 tbsp (1/2 cup +2 tbsp) or 147 mL
Baking Powder: 2 tsp
Corn Starch: 1/2 cup or 65 g
Flour: 3/4 cup or 105 g
Veg. Oil: 2 tbsp

Oil for frying

Cooking with Shadman😁
Ingredients for Chicken Nuggets:

- Chicken fillets or boneless pieces cut into nuggets- 300 gms

Marinade:
- Buttermilk- 1/2 cup (Mixture of butter and milk)
- Egg, whisked- 1
- Salt- 3/4 tsp
- Pepper Powder- 3/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp

Mix for Breading:
- All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1/2 cup
- Breadcrumbs (preferably Panko breadcrumbs)- 1/2 cup
- Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Garlic Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Pepper Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Salt- 1/2 tsp

Preparation:

- Wash and pat dry the chicken fillets or boneless pieces. Cut these into bite sized nugget shapes.
- To marinate, add buttermilk into a bowl and add whisked egg, the spice powders and salt as mentioned above. Whisk the mixture and add the chicken pieces. Give a mix to coat the pieces with the batter. Set aside in room temperature for 30 mins.

Process:

- Make the breading flour mix with the ingredients given above. Mix it to combine well.
- Take out chicken pieces soaked in the marinade one at a time with your left hand and place it on the breading mix. Now with your right hand, fully coat the pieces with the breading mix by turning few times. Shake off the excess breading and place them side by side on a plate.
- To fry the nuggets, heat oil in a skillet or pan for deep frying and drop them one by one to not crowd the pan.
- Fry on medium heat for 5-6 mins till golden brown.
- Fry the rest of the nuggets in batches.
And finally our chicken nuggets are done.😁

Recipe name:Chowmein with chicken steak.

INGREDIENTS:

For MARINATOIN :

Thinly sliced Chicken breast - 200 g
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Soya sauce - 1/2 tblsp
Black papper Powder - 1 tsp
Corn-flour - 1 tblsp
For Chowmein:

Mixed Vagetable - I used Carrot, Capsicum, Spring onion, red onion. You can also uce cabbage, broccoli ,Bean sprout and more.

200 g chow mein noodles PACK
2 tblsp oil
1 tblsp salt
2 tblsp Soya SAUCE
salt to taste

First we have to cut all the vegetables into thin slices.After that we have to mix ginger and garlic pastes,black pepper,soya sauce,cornflour with boneless chicken pieces and give it to a proper marination and then we have to rest these marinated chickens for 10-15 minutes.Now we will boil chowmein noodle for almost 4 minutes.You should use chowmein noodle instead of using as usual egg noodle.Before boiling the chowmein noodles,first we have to put a pinch of salt and a little bit of oil into the boiling water.It will help to avoid the stickiness of noodles. After boiling for 4 minutes,remove all water from the noodles and put it into a strainer for removing the excess water.After that I heated one and a half cup of oil and then put all the marinated chickens and cook it for almost 3-4 minutes.After cooking it for 4 minutes,chicken will be almost ready.Now we have to put 1.5 cup oil into another pan and we will add two teaspoon chilliflakes and then we will add one teaspoon garlic paste and stir it for 30 seconds.Now we will add all the vegetables and stir fry all the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.Then we will add boiled chowmein noodles and then we have to add one tablespoon black soya sauce and stir all things for 1 minute.After that we will add all the chickens and beansprouts and we have to stir fry all things for 2-3 minutes and then finally our chowmein will be done.

Ingredients:

For Chicken Steak:
-Chicken fillets - 4 nos. (weighing around 100 gms each)
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Crushed Pepper- 1.5 tsp
- Honey- 3 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Butter - 2 dollops/ tsp
- Olive Oil- 3 tsp (preferable but can also use refined white oil)
- Crushed whole garlic with skin- 6 big pods

Preparation:

For Chicken Steak:
- Keep the chicken fillets in a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle salt & crushed pepper evenly. Pour the olive oil over it & add the crushed garlic.
- Mix everything well to coat evenly. (Alternatively you can add garlic powder or finely chopped garlic too.)
- Set aside for around 30 mins.
- To prepare the honey-soy glaze, mix 1 tsp of soy sauce & 3 tsp of honey in a bowl. Mix well & keep aside for glaze to be used later.
- For boiling vegetables, take a saucepan & boil water. Once it comes to a boil, add salt, mix well & add all the vegetables. Boil the vegetables on high for around 5 mins. Should still be little crunchy.
- Strain & wash it with cold water to retain the color & stop the cooking.

Process:

- Take a grill pan & add a dollop (1 tsp) of butter. Spread it evenly.
- Once hot, add the chicken fillets one beside the other. Grill on high heat for around 3 mins.
- Turn them on the other side & continue to grill for 3 more mins. on the other side.
- Lower heat to medium & keep pressing the chicken pieces with the spatula for the chicken to cook & get the grill marks.
- Turn it on the other side & repeat.
- Check if the chicken is cooked.
- Now take a basting brush & brush the chicken pieces with the honey-soy glaze.Turn the fillets on the other side.
- Again brush the other side with the honey-soy glaze & turn it over. The color should be evenly browned.
- Grill both sides for 1 min each or less. Take care that the honey-soy glaze does not burn.
- Remove onto a plate.
- To sauté the vegetables, take another pan & add a dollop/tsp of butter. Spread it and once hot add the boiled vegetables. Sauté on high for 2 mins, sprinkle some salt & crushed pepper. Mix & sauté for 2 mins.
Then serve these chicken steaks with chowmein .Finally our chicken steak and chowmein are done.Make this recipe and enjoy it.We will be back with our new video next week.Till then stay safe and live like a foodie.😁

Chicken momo/Dimsung
Ingredients
For stuffing:
1.Minced chicken or beef(1cup)
2.Soya sauce(1table spoon)
3.Salt(as per taste)
4.Ginger and garlic paste(1/2 table spoon
5.Green chilli paste(As per taste)
6.Black pepper(1/2 teaspoon)
7.Spring onion
7.Hot oil (1and 1/2 table spoon)

For outside layer or dough:
1.Flour(1 and 1/2 cup)
2.Salt(As per taste)
3.Water(1/2 cup+ 2 table spoon)

Making procedure:
First we need to make a dough.So I have mixed 1.5 cups all purpose flour with slight salt in a bowl.Then mix it well with fingers.Then add normal water and make a dough.For 1.5 cups,we would need a little more than 1/2 cup water. I have taken 1/2 cup +2 tbsp water.And instead of adding all water at once,water needs to be added bit by bit while mixing in between.The dough won't be too hard else it will be difficult to roll and not too soft either.After mixing for 4-5 minutes,our dough is ready.It is either too soft,nor too hard.Now we need to let the dough rest for a minimum of 30 minutes.This is a very essential step.Now we will prepare stuffing for momo.I am using chicken for stuffing.I have used chicken breast though you can use any boneless part of the chicken.I am using chicken breast because it is soft,easy tou chop and boils quickly.I am cutting it into cube shape.Then i will mince it all in a food processor.After preparing chicken mince,I am collecting it at one place.Then we will mix remaining ingredients with this mince chicken.First I am adding salt.Then I added soya sauce,black pepper,and other spice pastes.After adding all ingredients,we will stir and mix everything properly.And our momo stuffing is ready.Now its our dough's turn.First we will press it with our hands and then rotate it like rope to knot it.This almost ressembles a thick rope which I am cutting from the middle of our convenience.I will spred some flour and then again knotting it in a circle.Then we will chop it into small pieces.You need to cut the dough into small portions,like the one we use to make luchi.I have chopped and collected everything together.We will take pieces and circle it with our hands.Then we will flatten it to make small rotis.We need to roll it either like a roti or thinner than that.Then in every small roti, we need to place the minced chicken stuffing in the centre.Now we have to fold it together and give it a momo shape.You can do it in your style also.So this crooked,small bag like momo is done.And for steam you can use rice cooker or if you have any other steamer than you can steam it over a pot as well.There is a special bamboo steamer just for steaming momos,And if you have that,just awesome.I am using the steamer and greasing some oil so it can be easily picked after steaming.Then we will place all the momos in the steamer.Then I will place it over a pot of steaming water.The water should be boiling at medium volume so it doesn't splatter on the momos.Then we need to cover and boil it till the outer covering is boiled.And if the outer covering is boiled,the inside will be as well.I have steamed it for 10 minutes and then removing the lid.And then,with the help of a spoon,I am picking it up and keep it on a plate.And finally our momos are ready.

Crab sizzling.(My recipe)
Ingredients:Crab 6-10 portion(medium size),Soya sauce,tomato sauce,salt,yoghurt, olive oil,garam masala,onion paste,garlic paste,worcestershire sauce,green chilli.
Processing method:
1)Deep fry all crab pieces until they turn into red colour.
2)Then put oil in another pan and wait until it become hot.
3)Add all masala(corriander,cumin seed,redchilli paste,green chilli paste,garam masal,meat masala),yoghurt and pastes into the hot oil and cook for 3-4 minutes.
4)Then put all the crab portions into the masala and give them a good massage into it.
5)Then add tomato sauce,soya sauce and worcestershire sauce.
6)Cook all things for 10-12 minutes.
7)That's all.Our crab sizzling is done😀😀

আজ চাপ খে‌তে ইচ্ছা করায় Eghor food (eghor food app টি নোয়াখালী এর মধ্যে ফুড ডেলিভারি🚲 করে) Order করেছিলাম CHAP GHOR- Maijdee, Noakhali থেকে।

‌টেস্ট অনেকটা ভা‌লোই লে‌গে‌ছে, কারন চাপটার ঝাল এবং ফ্লেভার টা ব্যা‌লেন্সড ছি‌লো, ভেতরটা হালকা সফট, জু‌সি
এক কথায় চা‌পের পার‌ফেক্ট ফ্লেভার।
বাইরে বেসনের crust টাও excess না। কিছুটা oily লেগেছে but চাপ যেহেতু তাই oily তো হবেই😊

সব গুলাই ভাল ছিল, রেড সস টা মোটামুটি স্পাই‌সি🔥🔥🔥, 👍

🔘ত‌বে আরেকটা জি‌নিস খুব ভা‌লো লাগ‌সে যে খাবা‌রটা গরম গরম দিয়েছে, প্যাকেজ টা ভালো ভাবেই করেছে।

✅সবাই নোয়াখালী আসলে চাপ ঘর এর চাপ একবার ট্রাই করে আস্তে পারেন।
