Daraz is Hiring Interns (Paid Internship)
Department: Commercial
Job Location: Dhaka (HQ)
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation in BBA/Any other discipline
- Students left with academic internship
Basic Requirements:
1. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
2. Good Communication, Problem-Solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Replying queries of sellers under 10 minutes
- Source review against purchase
- Call potential add to cart customer
- Manage question and answer session in seller center
- Manage all reviews (Convert negative to positive)
- Maintain regular communication with sellers regarding smooth flow of order process and cater customized order
- Increase Chat driven sales
- Follow up with brand executives and internal stakeholders for smooth flow of operation
Remuneration- 8000/= BDT
