Üzerini geçecek kadar su ile haşla. Yaklaşık 1.5-2 saat sürdü.

*Kemikleri, karabiber ve defne yaprağını ayır.
*Didiklenen tavuk, havuç, sarımsak ve soğanı geniş bir kaba al.
*1 tatlı kaşığı tuz, 1 çay kaşığı tarçın, 1 tatlı kaşığı sarımsak tozu ve 1 çay kaşığı karabiberi ekle.
*1 adet pancarı rendele ve 1 çay bardağı su ile karıştırıp suyunu süz. Tavuklu kaba dök.
*200ml (1 su bardağı ) kaynar tavuğun suyuna 30 gr jelatin koy karıştır ve tavuğun üzerine dök.
*Blendırdan geçir ve 1 lt pet şişenin içine aktar. Vura vura dök, içinde hava kalmasın.
*Üzerini streç film ile kapat. 1 gece buzdolabında beklet. Sabaha salam hazır 😋 afiyet olsun ⬇️English

Ingredients
1 whole chicken
1 onion
1 carrot
3-4 cloves of garlic
3-4 bay leaves
Black Pepper
Salt
Boil with enough water to cover. It took about 1.5-2 hours.

*Remove the bones, black pepper and bay leaf.
*Put the shredded chicken, carrot, garlic and onion in a large bowl.
*Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon garlic powder and 1 teaspoon black pepper.
*Grate 1 beetroot and mix it with 1 tea glass of water and drain the water. Pour into the container with chicken.
*Put 30 g gelatin into 200ml (1 cup) boiling chicken water, mix and pour over the chicken.
*Blend it and transfer it into a 1 liter plastic bottle. Pour it into the bottle, so that there is no air inside.
*Cover with strech film. Refrigerate for 1 night. Salami is ready in the morning 😋 bon appetit
