This oil is homemade.
Basically the leaves of various plants,
Durba grass, jaba flower, jaba flower leaves, henna leaves,
Fenugreek, black jeera, thankuni leaves, neem leaves, lemon tree leaves etc. are mixed with coconut oil and consumed.
Then it is cooled and strained and stored for use.
এই তেল ঘরে তৈরি।
মুলত বিভিন্ন গাছের পাতা,
দূর্বা ঘাস, জবা ফুল,জবা ফুল গাছের পাতা, মেহেদি পাতা,
মেথি,কালোজিরা, থানকুনি পাতা, নিম পাতা, লেবু গাছের পাতা ইত্যাদি সাথে নারিকেল তেলের সাথে যোগ করে জ্বাল দিয়ে নেয়া হয়।
তারপর নামিয়ে ঠান্ডা করে ছেঁকে নিয়ে ব্যবহারের জন্য সংরক্ষণ করা হয়।

Bengal's traditional pottery is being lost due to the touch of modernity, many potters are changing their profession.
These are basically yogurt sticks. Curd is kept in them. The scene of potters making these poles is shown.

আধুনিকতার ছোঁয়ায় হারিয়ে যাচ্ছে বাংলার ঐতিহ্য মৃৎশিল্প, পেশা পরিবর্তন করছে অনেক মৃৎশিল্পীরা।
এগুলো মূলত দইয়ের খুঁটি। এগুলোতে দই রাখা হয়। মৃৎশিল্পীদের এই খুঁটি বানানোর দৃশ্য তুলে ধরা হলো।

গ্রাম-বাংলার প্রকৃত চিত্রের মধ্যে এটি সত্যিই এক অনবদ্য দৃশ্য। গ্রামের বড় ও শিশুর মাছ ধরার দৃশ্য।

এখনও গ্রামে গেলে এমন দৃশ্য চোখে পড়তে পারে। গ্রামের ছোটরাও ছোট হতেই পুকুরে মাছ ধরার বিষয়টি রপ্ত করে ফেলেন। এই দৃশ্যটিও তেমনই একটি দৃশ্য। গ্রামের বড়রা,শিশুরা পুকুর বা ডোবায় ঠিক এভাবেই মাছ ধরে।

However, even in the modern era, some people have not forgotten the use of earthenware. Many people still use earthenware. Although pottery is not valued as much as it used to be, the tradition and lineage of pottery is still noticeable.
মানুষের নিত্য দিনের সাংসারিক কাজে ব্যবহার হতো মাটির তৈরি পণ্য। আধুনিকতার ছোঁয়ায় ধীরে ধীরে হারাতে বসেছে মাটির তৈরি পণ্যের ব্যবহার। মাটির তৈরি জিনিসপত্র ব্যাবহারের চাইতে আধুনিক জিনিসপত্রের ব্যবহার সহজলভ্য হওয়ায় মাটির তৈরি পণ্যের ব্যবহার ভূলে মানুষ প্লাষ্টিক ও মেলামাইনসহ বিভিন্ন ধাতব দ্বারা তৈরি পণ্য ব্যবহারে ঝুঁকে পরেছেন। তবে আধুনিক যুগে থেকেও কিছু সংখ্যক মানুষ এখনো মাটির তৈরি জিনিসপত্রের ব্যবহার ভুলে যাননি। এখনো অনেক মানুষ মাটির তৈরি জিনিস ব্যবহার করেন। মাটির তৈরি জিনিসের তেমন আগের মতো কদর না থাকলেও মৃৎশিল্পের ঐতিহ্য ও বংশ পরমপরা এখনো লক্ষ্যকরা যায়।

Oil cake:

Materials:-
• Rice flour
• Flour (can mix if desired)
• Date jaggery or sugar
• A pinch of salt
° Black cumin
• Oil for frying
• A pinch of baking soda (optional, optional)
• Water (in moderation)

Prepared Pranali:-
Water sugar/molasses in a container
Heat the flour with it, add the black cumin
Mix it well (it will be thick).
Now heat the oil in the pot. Heat the oil very well.

Take a large round spoon or glass and drop the mixture into the oil. Then flip the two sides of the pitha and fry it well and remove it from the oil. Prepare all pithas like this and serve hot.
তেলের পিঠা:

উপকরনঃ-
• চালের গুঁড়া
• ময়দা (চাইলে মেশাতে পারেন)
• খেজুরের গুড় বা চিনি
• লবণ এক চিমটি
° কালোজিরা
• তেল ভাজার জন্য
• বেকিং সোডা সামান্য (ইচ্ছা,দিতেও পারেন নাও দিতে পারেন)
• পানি(পরিমাণমতো)

প্রস্তুত প্রানালীঃ-
পাত্রে পানি চিনি/গুড়
দিয়ে গরম করে আটা,কালোজিরা দিলে সেটি দিয়ে
ভালো করে মিশিয়ে (ঘন হবে) নিতে হবে।
এবার পাত্রে তেল গরম করুন। তেল খুব ভালোভাবে গরম করতে হবে।

বড় গোল চামচ বা এভাবে গ্লাসে নিয়ে মিশ্রণ তেলে ছাড়ুন। তারপর পিঠার দুই পাশ উল্টে পাল্টে ভালোভাবে ভেজে তেল থেকে তুলে নিন। এভাবে সবগুলো পিঠা তৈরি করে গরম গরম পরিবেশন করুন।
