My last day in this Portugues city

This is the day of my trip in Goa . Due to extreme heat I had to step back from my Indian Expedition and I must say I had some pretty good days in Goa and this city Madgaoon. I walk around here and enjoy the local weather and food.
I've been wanting to do this since last year but now the time feels just right. So I'm leaving my home for the next 50 days to backpack all over South India, using only Trains and Hitchhike on anything.

This is a local Goan special thali with so many flavour and cuisine. This food represent India as a country where you can see so many religious thoughts, different philosophy, unique places, so many genetics, different colours, millions of Gods, exotic spirituality and so many emotions melt together. The mango pickle in thali remind me a complete different taste then king fish fry. The yellow crab curry is completely different then the sea w**d. But they taste extremely good together. And i think that's the beauty of a food though it has some side effect bt it can create taste of art out of food items. This same diverse culture and value can make a country a Masterpiece Art.
