MotionEra is a newly established startup that is working on video content e.g. Cash Cow videos, Top 10/5 videos, Movie Recap, Podcast editing, Motivational / Inspirational, and other niches.
What we are looking from you -
1. Mid level Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro,
After Effects ( optional ) ,
Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator ( Optional)
2. Have experience in digital content, motion graphics & video editing. ( If not then we will train )
3. Ability to work under pressure with Team.
4. Have brilliant understanding of English speaking.
Educational Requirements
- Educational background is not an issue, we believe in SKILLS
Additional Requirements
- Well-mannered and has good collaboration skills.
- Must be Punctual, Disciplined, Dynamic, Quick Learner, Committed, Honest and hardworking.
- Must have Good time management skills and commitment to work.
Employment Status: Full-time ( starts from 9a-11a to 7p-9p. You can choose your time as per your needs )
Weekend - Friday or Sunday ( Depending on the Schedule )
Salary - on Probation Period 7000 - 8000 Depends on Skills.
after probation period it will be 10-15k Depends on Skills.
- Opportunity to get permanent employment after Probation Period.

⦁ Sometimes there will be some extra work where you need to make extra videos or projects outside of your scheduled work. So for those you will get the extra payment by the end of the week.
⦁ Increment in every 4 months ( Depends on Performance )
