you are scared because you are new to it, not because you're incapable.

it's natural to feel unsure and scared when trying something new. but remember, everyone starts as a beginner at some point. it's normal not to know everything right away. mistakes are just part of learning, not a sign of failure. trust yourself and take small steps forward. over time, what seems hard now will become much easier.

Nobody knows how much I suffered this year.
I almost gave up and almost lost myself because I was hurting a lot. Nobody really knows how many times I pulled myself together just to survive this year, I am so proud of myself for being here. I’ve learned that I am a strong person. I also learned to forgive myself for letting myself settle for less than what I truly deserved. This may be the most painful year for me .

ঘৃণা করতেই হবে এমন কোন কথা নেই। তবে মাঝেমাঝে মানুষ মন থেকে উঠে যায়, সে যেই হোক বন্ধু কিংবা কাছের মানুষ অথবা আত্মীয়-স্বজন। আগের মতো তাদের প্রতি আর আগ্রহ থাকে না। তাদের জন্য আর কোনো মায়া লাগে না। চোখের সামনে ছারখার হতে দেখলেও বলতে ইচ্ছে করে না যে তোমার কি খুব বেশি কষ্ট হচ্ছে?

ঘৃণার চাইতেও আগ্রহ হারানো বেশি ভয়ংকর।
