Subject: Application for appointment as "Notary" for the whole of Bangladesh.
Dear Sir,
Humbly submission is that,
1. I, am LLB graduate and certified by the Bangladesh Bar Council and a member of the Dhaka District/Metropolitan Bar Association been practicing as advocate with repute in the Judge's Court for more than last 10 years.
2. I, am qualified and hereby apply for appointment as a "Notary" under the Notary Ordinance 1961 and the Notary Rules, 1964.
3. Average annual income during last three years of my legal practice is around of Bdt.3,00,000/- (Three Lakh only).
4. At present, the number of "notary" practitioners in Bangladesh is insufficient. The number is insufficient compared to the requirement or the number is not known.
5. I am currently living in Dhaka Metropolitan area. Here too the number of practitioners of the "notary" profession is inadequate.
6. Every year the metropolitan area of Dhaka city gradually expanded to become twice, North and South metropolitan cities. Along with this, new commercial and industrial institutions, associations, NGOs and other organizations are being formed and their activities are expanding a lot. Besid’s, every year lakhs of people from other parts of the country come to live in these two metropolises. Thousand’s of foreigners are also coming to this metropolis for various purposes, now all these individuals and organizations require notary services on a daily basis. The current number of notaries cannot cope with the services demanded by the above individuals and organizations.
7. Further details in support of application:-
Now a days quite a number of prominent citizens are coming to get notary services. The existing number of notaries are not able to provide notary services as per their demand. Moreover, many people regularly approach me with affidavits, contracts, partnership deeds and other documents for notarization and authentication.
Therefore, it is my sincerely request you that kindly appoint me as a "Notary" in the entire Bangladesh Jurisdiction.

বিনীত নিবেদন এই যে,
১। আমি, একজন এলএলবি স্নাতক এবং বাংলাদেশ বার কাউন্সিল কর্তৃক সনদ প্রাপ্ত এবং ঢাকা জেলা/মেট্রোপলিটন বার অ্যাসোসিয়েশনের একজন সদস্য, বিগত ১০ বছরেরও বেশি সময় ধরে জজ কোর্টে সুনামের সাথে অ্যাডভোকেট হিসেবে অনুশীলন করছি।
২। আমি, যোগ্য এবং এতদ্বারা নোটারি অধ্যাদেশ ১৯৬১ এবং নোটারি বিধিমালা, ১৯৬৪ এর অধীনে "নোটারি" হিসাবে নিয়োগের জন্য আবেদন করছি।
৩। আমার আইনি অনুশীলনের শেষ তিন বছরে গড় বার্ষিক আয় প্রায় Bdt.3,00,000/- (মাত্র তিন লাখ)।
৪। বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশে "নোটারী" অনুশীলনকারীদের সংখ্যা অপর্যাপ্ত। প্রয়োজনের তুলনায় সংখ্যাটি অপর্যাপ্ত বা সংখ্যাটি জানা নেই।
৫। আমি বর্তমানে ঢাকা মেট্রোপলিটন এলাকায় বসবাস করছি। এখানেও ‘নোটারী’ পেশার চর্চাকারীর সংখ্যা অপ্রতুল।
৬। প্রতি বছর ঢাকা মহানগরীর এলাকা ধীরে ধীরে সম্প্রসারিত হয়ে দুই-উত্তর ও দক্ষিণ মেট্রোপলিটন সিটিতে পরিণত হয়েছে। এর পাশাপাশি নতুন নতুন বাণিজ্যিক ও শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠান, সমিতি, এনজিও ও অন্যান্য সংগঠন গড়ে উঠছে এবং তাদের কার্যক্রম অনেক সম্প্রসারিত হচ্ছে। এছাড়া প্রতি বছর দেশের বিভিন্ন স্থান থেকে লাখ লাখ মানুষ এই দুই মহানগরীতে বসবাস করতে আসে। হাজার হাজার বিদেশীও বিভিন্ন উদ্দেশ্যে এই মহানগরীতে আসছেন, এখন এই সমস্ত ব্যক্তি ও সংস্থার দৈনিক ভিত্তিতে নোটারি পরিষেবার প্রয়োজন হয়। নোটারির বর্তমান সংখ্যা উপরোক্ত ব্যক্তি এবং সংস্থার দ্বারা দাবি করা পরিষেবা গুলির সাথে মানিয়ে নিতে পারে না।
৭। আবেদনের সমর্থনে আরও বিশদ:-
বর্তমানে বেশ কয়েকজন বিশিষ্ট নাগরিক নোটারি সেবা নিতে আসছেন। বিদ্যমান সংখ্যক নোটারি তাদের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী নোটারি সেবা দিতে পারছে না। তাছাড়া, নোটারাইজেশন এবং প্রমাণীকরণের জন্য অনেক লোক নিয়মিত হলফনামা, চুক্তি, অংশীদারিত্বের দলিল এবং অন্যান্য নথি নিয়ে আমার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে।
অতএব, আপনার কাছে আমার বিনীত অনুরোধ যে দয়া করে আমাকে সমগ্র বাংলাদেশের এখতিয়ারে একজন "নোটারী" হিসাবে নিয়োগ দান করতে মহোদয়ের সদয় মর্জি হয়।
