1. the expression of disapproval of someone or something on the basis of perceived faults or mistakes.
2. the analysis and judgement of the merits and faults of a literary or artistic work.

Positively dealing with criticism is a powerful practice. You will evaluate at some point in your life, possibly in a professional setting. Acceptance may be difficult, though that is all based on your reaction. You can positively use criticism to help you develop, or you can use it in a negative way to affect your self-esteem and create tension, anger, and even aggressiveness.

We all learn from mistakes, and one approach to enhance our interpersonal connections is to learn how to cope with criticism positively. Now, it's your call if you want to take criticism in a good way or bad.
