সেন্টমার্টিন আপডেট-

আগুণে পুড়ে ছাই হয়ে গেছে গলাচিপা এলাকার বীচ ভ্যালী এবং কিংশুক ইকো রিসোর্ট।

সাইরী ইকো রিসোর্টের রিসিপশন থেকে আগুনের সুত্রপাত ঘটেছে।

১৫ তারিখ রাত ২টা ১০ মিনিটের দিকে সাইরী ইকো রিসোর্টের রিসিপশনে মাল্টিপ্লাগে সর্টসার্কিট হয়ে আগুণের উৎপত্তি।
রিসিপশনের ঠিক পেছনে বীচ ভ্যালী ইকো রিসোর্ট। বাতাস থাকার কারণে মিনিটের মধ্যে বীচ ভ্যালীর ছাউনিতে আগুণ।

শুকনো কাট আর বাঁশ দিয়ে তৈরি বীচ ভ্যালী ইকো রিসোর্টে আগুণ লাগার সাথে সাথে কয়েক মিনিটের মধ্যে পুরো রিসোর্টে ছড়িয়ে পড়ে।
এক পর্যায়ে বীচ ভ্যালীসহ পাশের কিংশুক ইকো রিসোর্ট পুড়ে ছাই হয়ে যায়।
দ্বীপের স্থানীয় এবং আগত পর্যটক ও যৌথবাহিনির প্রাণপণ ২ ঘন্টার চেষ্টায় রাত প্রায় ৪ টার দিকে আগুণ নিয়ন্ত্রণে আনে।

কিংশুক ইকো রিসোর্টে স্বত্বাধিকারী সরওয়ার বিলাপের কান্নায় বলছে, আমি আমার বউ বাচ্চা নিয়ে দীর্ঘদিন পরে সেন্টমার্টিন আসছি। আমার ছোট ছোট বাচ্চাদের সামনে আমার তিলেতিলে করে গড়া স্বপ্নের প্রতিষ্ঠানটি পুড়ে ছারখার হয়ে গেছে। আমার সবকিছু নিমিষেই শেষ হয়ে গেছে।
