Coca-Cola was invented in 1886 by pharmacist Dr. John Stith Pemberton in Atlanta, Georgia. Originally sold as a medicinal tonic at soda fountains, the syrup was mixed with carbonated water and marketed as a refreshing drink that could boost energy and ease headaches.

Businessman Asa Candler later bought the formula and turned Coca-Cola into a national brand through bold advertising and consistent branding. The iconic Coca-Cola bottle, introduced in 1915, helped set it apart and made it instantly recognizable.

Dessert Pizza

Chocolate Crunch Brownie

1 cup butter softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
6 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons Watkins Baking Vanilla
½ teaspoon salt
7 oz marshmallow fluff 1 jar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
3 cups rice krispie cereal

In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in cocoa, flour, vanilla & salt. Spread on to a greased 9” x 13” baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool spread marshmallow fluff over cooled brownies. In a small saucepan, melt peanut butter & chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly, remove from heat, stir in rice krispie cereal. Spread over the marshmallow layer. Chill before cutting. Store in the fridge. Makes 3 dozen.
