Bonnetts.....so many memories....what a time to be alive when Bonnetts was a thing...seeing that development lit up really signified Christmas was here.

Let's use this Mental Health Awareness Month to prioritize our mental health and remind ourselves that self-care isn't selfish, it's necessary.

You were totally in your element and you executed your role with perfectiion. We thank and appreciate you.

I love what I do….

I pride myself as being multifaceted…strong in several areas yet ready to learn and grow in others.

Hosting has always been a love of mine and I had the pleasure of operating in that role at the Charlie Hardears Superdome Vol 1 book launch and signing at Sandals Royal.

It was a wonderful evening, filled with pride and admiration for and his publishing company .

Take the vacation, schedule the massage, get outside and watch the sunset. Play with your animals.

Do what is necessary to relax and decompress your mind in the interest of your mental health.

Also, asking for help is OK! It's ok to not be ok.

Reach out and seek help or talk to a trusted friend.

The world is a better place with you in it. 💙
