I’m always a fan of monochromatic outfits and I loved combining the camel coatdress with the flared pants for a chic suit effect. 🙏🏼Looking forward to a new week in the run up to 💕Christmas, it’s going to be a quiet one this year for the first time in decades, a time of self-care and rest, and at my age I’m ready for it!

⬅️Swipe left.. Green has been go this year and these green velvet pants from paired perfectly with another a satin shirt that’s been working overtime this year together with the men’s brown vest all pulled together with a wide woven belt, with a scarf and cute little felt bag for some extra glam!

It’s been warm and stormy since we got back up the coast to the ‘Gong and, as usual, we have lots to get done and a few people to catch up with!

I taught in high schools all along the coast of New South Wales for decades and witnessed first hand the issues that have been brought to bear on our indigenous folk … here was our opportunity to listen and to make amends ..

Fun times 🤣 … I finally made it for my which was actually due back in April, but I just kept putting it off as I’m a bit over the whole thing tbh! Even though I’m at peace with whatever the results are, and it’s been 5 years since the removal of the left breast, I still get rattled because it’s sort of that you’re staring it all back in the face again.

🙏🏼Anyway, I get the results on Friday so then that’s it for a while ..

I really love having pieces like this skirt that was perfect for the scans and also a nice coffee and some lemon meringue pie afterwards .. I hope your week is going along well, it’s hard to believe we’re already half way through September, it will soon be Christmas and I’ve decided I’m doing exactly nothing for it this year! Lol
