Filming in Ukraine in April was an unprecedented first hand insight to the horrors of war. We produced a 52 minute program about the emotions of food in good times and bad. It can be seen on www.warandfood.COM now. We have raised nearly £80,000 for direct support on the ground in Ukraine. Please do

We were so inspired by the Ukrainian bravery, that we went back for 2 weeks in July to film a 7 part series and fund setting up Community kitchens. We are editing that now and it will be released at the end of September.
In mid September, we go to Ukraine again, but this time to document food on the front line, which is a little bit more dangerous, but there are so so many stories of bravery, we have to document them.

That’s 99% a wrap on our new program Ukraine. An honour to spend time with Chef Hector and countless hero’s in this amazing country. Like these brave and courageous guards in the war torn city of Kharkiv in Eastern Ukraine. Food creates a positive emotion in Ukrainians and in that, we celebrate.
