Slow down Sunday here at SOS By Jess HQ. My mini me asked for pancakes with strawberries and chocolate sauce, and boy did I deliver!

It was nice to do something non business related,
actually have some quality time with her preparing, making and cooking these bad boys.

Now this isn’t my own recipe and I believe that credit is due, so this shoutout goes to Nagi and Dozer at for a very yummy, and easy recipe to create and make (not an ad).

Even Virtual Assistants need that downtime to relax and have a Sunday home reset.

Now I am off to finish the housework that was neglected while juggling illness, working and having a child home for the school holidays.

Why not a ultimate chocolate chip cookie from their bakery (not a collaboration or ad). I am a biccie dunker into my tea. Anytime.

It makes sense to me. You, as the business owner don’t need to worry about the HR side of things when it comes to hiring a VA. There’s no paperwork to send to the Tax Office for TFN declarations, no PAYG for wages to declare each quarter in your BAS. No Super to pay. No sick leave or holiday pay to sort out.
You only pay for the work done by the VA that you have made in agreement to one another…

Sounds pretty good to me.
