Last Friday night was electric at Metro City for Thunderdome 46! I had the honor of presenting the middleweight belt to rising Australian star Ryan Daye after his epic win at the Dragon Fire Boxing event. Daye’s performance was simply sensational. The whole night was broadcast live on TrillerTV for fight fans around the world.
Big shoutout to Brett Bonetti for making it happen! The Thunderdome 46 card delivered non-stop action from start to finish.

A Masterclass in Suspense and Psychological Thrills 🕰️🔦
Last night, I was captivated by the gripping production of ‘Gaslight’ at the iconic Regal Theatre.
It took us on a chilling journey into the depths of manipulation and deception.
tour-de-force performance as Bella, the fragile wife slowly driven to question her sanity, was simply mesmerizing. Her descent into doubt and her eventual defiance had me on the edge of my seat throughout. portrayal of the sinister Jack was equally spellbinding, masterfully embodying the art of “gaslighting” - a term coined from this very play.
The set design by Renée Mulder played a crucial role in setting the tone. The flickering gaslights and intricate details transported you to another time and place, making the world of the play feel real and tangible.
Paul Jackson’s lighting added to the eerie and unsettling ambiance. The shadows and dim lighting created a sense of unease, making you wonder what might be lurking in the darkness. The lighting also helped build tension and anticipation as the story unfolded.
At one point, the tension was so thick that my friend literally let out a full-blown scream! Can’t blame her though, the gaslighting mind games had me shook
‘Gaslight’ is a true testament to the power of live theatre. It’s a must-see production that will leave you questioning reality and marveling at the craft of storytelling. Don’t miss this psychological masterpiece when it comes to your city!

We had an amazing time trying all the delicious dishes, from the mouth-watering mains to the decadent desserts.
Chef Elance Fernando’s menu is seriously impressive, and we loved every bite! We paired our meal with a great bottle of wine, which complemented the flavors perfectly.
If you’re looking for a great spot for dinner, add this place to your list! Nestled in the heart of Mount Pleasant on Canning Highway, Stonewater Indian Restaurant is a must-visit.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Lygon Lane, the latest venture from the Dumpling Queen herself, Jacquie Chan, in Claremont!
This innovative restaurant serves up Italian cuisine with a contemporary Asian twist, and we were thoroughly impressed!
The standout dishes for us were the caramelised miso cod (which surpassed Nobu’s version for me!), the snapper Crudo for entree, and my partner’s beef tartare and lamb chops - all absolutely delicious!
The extensive wine list offered plenty of options to pair with our meal, and the desserts also had a twist my partner opted for some mango sorbet to finish which we pair with some delicious limoncello !
Lygon Lane has definitely raised the bar for dining in Claremont!
