PAW Radio is all about celebrating everyday life in remote Central Australia. We aim to keep our communities connected, entertained and informed. PAW Radio is a platform for sharing local language, local music and local stories. The PAW Radio Network is heard in 14 communities across 450,000 square kilometres, with 10 radio studios linking through our Yuendumu radio hub. We broadcast live shows, feature stories, documentaries, oral histories, news and information campaigns.

As we head in to tomorrows referendum for the Voice to Parliament 8PAW Radio will be playing two more episodes of ABC Australia The Voice podcast.

Tune in today at 12pm ACST and 5pm ACST for episode 6 which speaks about 'how will Indigenous people vote and why do some want Treaty first?' and episode 7 which talks about what will it mean for Reconciliation?

The Referendum Explained!

8PAW radio will be sharing content from ABC News on the Voice to Parliament Referendum.

Episodes will be played at 8am and 5pm CST until the 14th of October.

Questions like - What is the Indigenous Voice to Parliament referendum all about? Where did the key ideas come from? What it could do for Indigenous Australians, and how it might help or hinder organisations working to close the gap?

Fran Kelly and Quandamooka woman Carly Williams will cut through the noise surrounding the upcoming referendum in this new podcast, and give you the information you need when it's time to vote.
