It is only a week until the Spirit of Peregian Gala Night 'Under the Stars'! Fundraising from this event will support the future of our Club. There are still tickets left, so make sure to get yours before Sunday https://events.humantix.com/spirit-of-peregian-2022

If you cannot attend on the night of the Gala, you can still contribute by buying a $20 raffle ticket. They are available at: https://www.raffletix.com.au?ref=w6tda and below are some of the amazing prizes up for grabs:

1. Jordan Mercer (guest speaker) is donating the swimmers she won the 2015/16 Nutrigrain IronWoman competition in, framed with photos and plaque.
2. Mrs Gina Rinehart is donating a piece of 2GR Wagyu Striploin, with a marble score of 9+. This is approximately a 5-6kg piece of high-quality, delicious wagyu beef worth $2,000+ RRP.
3. Celebrity chef Adriano Zumbo is donating a dessert-making workshop with Peregian Pantry (best gelato on the Coast) for 8 people including antipasto snacks and drinks.
4. Coastline BMW is donating two exclusive tickets to their Champagne enclosure at the BMW Sunshine Coast Cup in January 2023, all inclusive for five hours food and beverages, plus a luxury BMW for the weekend.

GOLDIE’S: AND THAT’S A WRAP!
Not a breakfast wrap this time 😂 A wrap up. The finale. The end. Our lease is up and we have made the difficult decision to close the doors of this chapter of our lives. It has been an honour and a pleasure to be part of this wonderful community and we will cherish the relationships formed and friendships made. It has been heart-warming to watch this community grow and strengthen, neighbours becoming friends, friends becoming like family. We are very proud of the part we have played☕️🥰

Not gonna lie, the staff shortages have been tough to navigate! The work/life balance has become NOT balanced at all 🤪 and I just really miss playing with my kids (who are getting so big!) So this is bittersweet. So sad to no longer be your daily source of banter and caffeine, but really excited for some more family time.

Thank you so much to all our fantastic staff members over the years. We were so lucky that so many absolute legends wanted to join our team 🥰 Goldie’s wouldn’t have been Goldie’s without all of your smiling faces and commitment to looking after our beautiful guests.

Thank you to our wonderful community of supporters. Our die-hard coffee fanatics, the Wine Dinner guests, the weekend breakfast crew, the breaky wrap lovers, the burger connoisseurs, the local product shoppers, the Babycino brigade, the hot chips & chicken salt gang and the sneaky beer on the way home legends. We love you all ❤️❤️❤️

Who knows what is round the corner, but some rest and relaxation is first on the to-do list!!
