Old age spells the end of your s*x life, doesn’t it?

Well, not according to Tamborine Mountain resident, Doreen Wendt-Weir, who has spent her later years not only having s*x - she boasts her last tryst was at the tender age of 81 - but writing about it.

Her book, S*x in your Seventies: And Even Your Eighties, hit the shelves after fellow university students encouraged her to write it when their studies showed a gap in the market.

The Indian Medical Association of Queensland was formed in 2017 and is a community platform for medical doctors who have roots in the Indian subcontinent and are practicing medicine in Queensland.

In our other two papers, the Canungra Times and Beaudesert Bulletin, we run a 'Community Noticeboard'.

This is a page of regular meetings and information, mainly from community groups such as regular meeting times and days. The information generally doesn't change from edition to edition, although of course it can if and when needed. It is free for community based not for profit groups to let people know when their meetings are.

I'm putting it out there to see if there is interest in running this in the Tamborine Mountain News.

The photo is the Community Noticeboard that runs in the Canungra Times. If there are community groups who are interested in something like this, please comment or message, or email your listing to [email protected].

Enjoy your weekend!
