⭐️Outburst has more drag, more entertainment, more music, more homemade food, more mocktails and more rainbows, sparkle and delight than ever before!

It is with a bursting amount of rainbow PRIDE that BOAF invites you to our Pride Month celebration in June featuring special guests:

Polly Filla, the fabulous Rainbow Voices Community Choir and the Grande Dame of Australian folk music, Judy Small.

In commemoration of its roots in the Stonewall Riots of June 1969, Pride Month is an annual celebration of the many contributions made by the LGBTIQA+ community to our history, society and cultures worldwide, and we would love you to celebrate it with us!

As always RSVPs are essential so we can ensure we have enough seats and arvo tea for everyone.

In celebration of Idahobit: International Day Against LGBT+ Discrimination, Gippsland Pride invites you to join us for this very special (Pre Gala) IDAHOBIT PRIDE CLOTHES SWAP - Next Saturday 18th May!

We'll have an awesome range of donated clothes, shoes, accessories for folks of all genders, plus some friends joining us to talk Hair, Make Up and Gala Outfits!

We'll have some nibbles, resources and info, and a great bunch of q***r and ally volunteers on hand to assist you.

IDAHOBIT 2023 in our youth rooms 🌈✨

Our youth team are holding some activities for this year's IDAHOBIT celebration.

Youth Room activities with Mitchell Youth Services ✨

• May 13, 14 and 15, Wallan, Seymour and Broadford Youth Rooms 📍
• 3.30pm - 5pm

Tie Dye workshop, ice-cream truck, music, activities, snacks, and games – in the name of celebration and inclusion. We want to make sure our youth rooms are safe and inclusive spaces for young people.

What is IDAHOBIT? International Day Against LGBTQIA+ Discrimination.

At Council, we continuously strive to improve our events, facilities, and programs to ensure that everyone in our community feels included and valued. These particular events are funded by the Victorian Youth Engage Program.

"Echuca Regional Health, headspace, and Campaspe Council are collaborating to establish a Youth Committee. This committee will focus on planning and delivering pride events aimed at young people in our region. We are scheduling our first meeting for next Tuesday, the 14th of May, at the Echuca Headspace office. It will begin at 4 PM. Please extend this invitation to any young individuals aged 12-25, including allies, who might be interested in helping to deliver some awesome events!"

Next QBIT (Q***r Beers In Trentham) will be in the wine room at the Cosmopolitan Hotel, Cnr High St and Cosmo Road, Trentham from 5.00pm Saturday 18th May.

For anyone who didn't make it to the Spudfest in Trentham on the weekend, there were apparently around 8,000 people who did, with loads of families, kids and dogs.
