The Home Battery Scheme gives all grid-connected South Australians access to state government subsidies and low-interest loans - provided by the Clean Energy Finance Corporation - to help pay for a home battery system and new solar if required. According to industry analysts, 29% of all home batteries installed in Australia in 2020 were installed at South Australian homes - leading all states and territories! We’ve done some wonderful projects with the foundation recently, including filming with Dr Richard ‘Harry’ Harris, and Peter FitzSimons who is presenting ‘the Wilkins Oration’, an annual event held on Wilkins birthday.
