When these clients first got the keys to their new home, I installed a TV antenna and mounted some TVs for them, and recently I returned to install some security at the first point of entry for a little extra peace of mind.
The video doorbell is a cost-effective solution for security without the need to outlay for a full camera system.

Did you know that if you are building a new home that I can quote you from your plans?
This client got in touch midway through their build, so that when they received the keys we already had everything mapped out, quoted, stock ordered, and were all set for the installation.
I was able to draw up a map of the camera angles off of the floorplans. We met onsite prior to handover to go over the camera locations, how the system operates, and any questions the client had, so that once they received keys everything was all locked in ready to be installed.
It`s never too early to reach out and get a quote, or at the very least some professional advice on camera locations if you are roughing in cables during the build.

Here's a security camera upgrade that I recently completed for OzPest Solutions at Beresfield.
I have filmed a short video of the two active deterrent cameras that I installed on the front of their work shop. This video demonstrates the two digital tripwires that I have setup. The first digital trip wire is further out, and will trigger the cameras flashing strobe light to activate. The second digital tripwire that I have in place, which is closer to the work shop, when crossed it not only triggers the strobe lights, but an audible alarm siren will sound as well. These cameras are a great security solution to keep eyes on the business workshop 24/7, and to deter away any potential intruders.

No ugly conduit in sight, and the cameras are positioned lower on the home for a more optimal viewing angle, rather than way up high in the eaves.
I managed to run all the cables internally, keeping everything sleek and tidy. Given that this was an already established home with two storeys, there were some tricky spots to navigate, but with a bit of extra effort, I achieved a neat internal cable run.
I always prioritize the neatest and most professional approach, rather than opting for the quickest or easiest solution. The client was absolutely thrilled with the result! ๐

Another client who wanted 24/7 monitoring for their front gate.
Initially, we were considering a solar camera, but after some investigation and further discussions, we chose a different route (hardwired), and the client is over the moon with the end result!
This client can now see everyone who enters the property with ease. The camera features a built-in alarm with a flashing strobe light that triggers alerts when someone arrives, it has two-way talk, and a spotlight for clear night vision.
A BIG THANKS to Terry from Burston Electrical for installing a power point on this one for me at very short notice. Check out this video footage from one of my 6MP deterrent turret cameras, which has a built-in alarm! These two individuals were caught on camera attempting to break into this car in Medowie. Watch as they flee the scene when the camera's siren sounds off. ๐ฅ๐

CCTV & Video Doorbell Intercom System with Access Control.
In the video below I am demonstrating how my client now has keyless entry to their home via the front door using a key fob. One swipe of the key fob on the doorbell and the front door unlocks, then once you enter the home and the door closes, it automatically locks again. The front door can also be unlocked via the internal touch screen monitor that I installed, or remotely via the FREE mobile phone app, so if the client isn't home and needs to let someone inside they can easily do this through the app.
The mobile app controls both CCTV & Doorbell System, which you can remotely view live footage and playback footage from, anywhere anytime.
