🏁 NEWS: F1 officially reveal 2022 regulations 😍


Formula 1 has officially unveiled the 2022 technical regulations targeted at improving racing.

In a live event this afternoon F1 presented a car with plenty of new features that will be on the cars next year.



A completely overhauled aerodynamic approach sees the return of ground effect, reducing the reliance on parts of the car such as the front wing which have a massive effect of the ability of cars to follow each other closely on track, and the addition of 18-inch wheel rims.

“We want the best drivers to win, we want the best competition,” stated Ross Brawn, Managing Director at F1 and championship-winning team principal at Ferrari, Brawn GP, and Mercedes.

"We’ve been building this car and the regulations since 2017, so we’ve spent longer on this car than any other in F1 history,” said Pat Symonds, Chief Technical Officer at Formula 1.
