When we saw that opened for dine in we knew we had to visit 🙌 we had the eggs Benny, the southern fried chicken burger, a few croissants with our coffee and the porridge. All were so delicious ~ soul food! Located in Murrumbeena, definitely worth the drive especially to photograph the old school shop front. Swop for more 👉

We are so lucky to have such a vibrant and flourishing culture in Melbourne~ even in winter, there is so much going on. It is great to see art in the form of light and sound installation being incorporated into the suburbs to make them more inviting interactive and to get us off the couch. The Monash City Council has created an innovative light and sound installation called Emerge, did you see it? mtwaverley3149

If you haven’t been to in you must go! This time I tried ~ Morning Sunshine ☀️ Pastrami & egg, melted cheese, dijon mustard, chilli mayo on sesame. So delicious, very generous with their portions and staff are lovely. Definitely a must visit

Delicious Vegan Feed Me Menu Repeat Offender

The highlights for us was the Herb Crusted Eggplant with Criollo sauce and witlof leaf salad.

It is rare to see jackfruit on a menu, but it was worth trying because they were very good! The Jackfruit Fritas were cut into bite size pieces, fried and topped with herb aioli and a jalapeño that gave them just enough kick without being too overpowering. So good!

The ultimate pre-Christmas dessert feast. Christmas catch ups for us seem to happen everyday leading up to Christmas. After last nights feast we had an amazing collection of desserts all from Aldi. Featured here is the brandy baskets filled with vanilla bean gourmet ice cream, berries and chocolate sauce. Plus Aldi’s mini pavolas topped with cream, passionfruit pulp and berries. A great thing about these desserts is that the kids and your guest can make their own creations by adding toppings to the baskets or pavolas. Stop in at Aldi and see all their Christmas fresh and frozen foods.
