TheDebate - quiet mind sapping. These are the choices for leader of the so called free world. We are in real trouble here. Add in Kennedy and the triumvirate of despair is nearly complete. Not sure about Kennedy's gold handicap or driving distance.
Please Please Please find another choice for Americans. Don't have too much faith in their choosing but at least give a viable safe option. PLEASE

Feeling a bit overwhelmed with you creative project(s) right now?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Over the past few years, I've developed a few strategies to minimise overwhelm
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Establish a morning routine - be it meditation, journaling or readings - these help to be centred, grounded and positive as you start your day.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Plan or schedule your day outlining priorities. Knowing what comes next eases the flow of your day.

Take Breaks: forcing your brain to "push through" is rarely an effective way to do things.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don’t solve all the world’s problems at once. Measure your energies focus on small stage, as long as it moves towards the end .. its effort well spent. You keep overwhelm to a minimum when you focus on just the next step towards your dreams/goals.

Keep it simple, don’t spread your energy too thin. Focus only on your next steps.
