Very excited to announce that PARR Management’s Cathy Woodhouse has joined the Australian cast as a swing in the upcoming tour of . Cathy graduated in 2001 from the Ballarat Academy of Performing Arts (BAPA - now Federation University) with a Bachelor of Music Theatre. Before recently joining par PARR Cathy has spent the past decade based in Perth, with recent theatre credits including Urusla in The Little Mermaid (HAMA Productions), Jemilla in Firebringer (Melville Theatre Company) and Mrs Thistletwat in Avenue Q (Arise Productions).
In 2022 Cathy was nominated for the ITA Robert Finley Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her role as Donna in Mamma Mia (Koorliny Arts Centre).
Upon returning to her hometown of Melbourne in 2023, Cathy was delighted to join the all-female cast of Sondheim’s A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum with Watch This, playing the role of the dirty-old-man, Senex. Congratulations Cathy! Cathy Woodhouse

Very proud to announce that Frankie and Azania will be appearing in Australian Director Robert Connolly’s ( Force of Nature: The Dry 2, Balibo, Paper Planes ) film adaption of the much loved Australian children’s book Magic Beach by Alison Lester at MIFF ( Melbourne International Film Festival) this coming August.

MIFF have announced Magic Beach as part of their centrepiece Family Gala.

Magic Beach is a hybrid live action-animation anthology adaptation of Alison Lester’s iconic children’s book, from previous MIFF producers Liz Kearney (Sweet As, MIFF 2022), Kate Laurie (Petrol, MIFF 2022), Chloé Brugalé (Because We Have Each Other, MIFF 2022) and Robert Connolly (Paper Planes, MIFF 2014).

Directed by Connolly with animation directors Susan Danta, Pierce Davison, Jake Duczynski, Emma Kelly, Anthony Lucas, Simon Rippingale, Kathy Sarpi, Marieka Walsh, Eddie White and Lee Whitmore.

Starring Coco Greenstone (Daisy), Max Turner (,Keithy) Lennox Monoaghan (Percy), Jessica Mauboy, Kelton Pell, Pia Miranda, Ngali Shaw, Jessica McNamee. Written by Boyd Quakawoot and directed by Tanith Glynn-Maloney. From Unless Pictures and Every Cloud Productions Stan’s first co-commission with the Australian Children’s Television Foundation. In what was an incredible experience for all. We also had PARR MGT’s Jack Field as Luca, Thomas Cullen as Gabe and Jasper Whittaker, Cooper Whittaker and Alessandra Lemke working as extras on the film.
