From today we are 1 month away from celebrating another International Day of people with disability

Over 4 million Australians identity as having a disability. Less than 1% are seen in advertisements. *in full transparency, I didn’t take this specific picture, but I did go past a store with this exact sign yesterday. I just didn’t get a picture because my nephew was in my arms and I couldn’t grab my phone. People put these signs up all the time. And I see them a lot. And I hope you’ll start noticing them too.

New analysis found 43,000 people were not participating in the workforce due to neglect and 23,000 young people weren’t completing year 12 because of low expectations and bullying.

CONCERT POSTPONED STAY TUNED

Due to unforeseen circumstances we have to postpone this concert.
Some of the key players have become unwell and are unable to play and support the big line up of talent. Given the nature of the concert we have decided to move it to make sure it’s the optimum outcome for all the performers and that nobody misses out.
