I wanted to try connecting my phone to my SONY A9 II one lonely Saturday in lockdown! We usually just use this camera for videography but loving it for photos now too. So weird shooting myself off a phone but so rewarded by how they came out.

Cons: you can only shoot in auto for everything.

Pros: I have complete control over poses and aesthetics.

I've been feeling a lot of personal creative fatigue, so I pushed myself to create a lockdown self-portrait series 📺

The mix of being digitally exhausted but still desiring to create is such a back and forth at the moment.

Thanks to all other Melbourne photographers for inspiring me with your self-portraits on my feed!
