the Alpha Show Society held their annual Beef Dinner on Saturday night. The night was the culmination of a 100 day feedlot program that started at the Show proper in back in May. Check out the wrap up from the event:

The Alpha Show Society Beef Dinner showcased local cattle producers after a 100-day feedlot program. Judged on weight, grading, and taste, the event featured a three-course beef dinner designed by celebrity chef Matt Golinski.
