Our custom published author, Heidi Copeland, launched her fabulous book, A Single Lifeline, at Gleebooks on Sept 30. This is really one of the most insightful and interesting memoirs about cancer and its impact on relationships I have read in a long time so I really encourage you to seek it out. It is also a beautiful legacy for Peter Copeland, who sounds like he was really a top bloke. Here are some pics of the day! Welcome to the Bad Apple Press story...

Bad Apple Press is an independent non-fiction publishing company, specialising in memoir. It began in late 2018, although its genesis was formed many years before when its two directors, Sonya Danaher and Samantha Miles, met in the first year of high school. Now, using their combined experience of over 20 years in the trade publishing and graphics creation industry, they are determined to give readers great stories that entertain, inspire, educate and always surprise. They believe that the creators, the wonderful authors, should benefit as much as possible from their stories and so offer a higher than industry standard royalty system. They believe in Australian publishing, and by offering authors the opportunity to be rewarded financially for their creative work, they hope to promote its longevity, diversity and sustainability.
