Biddy Porter from Orange was brutally murdered in horrific circumstances we cant talk about, by a deranged teen (now adult) who looks to be released back into the community with no record, under the guise of "mental health". Sometimes you cant believe what you see on the road. We came across this guy driving out of Mudgee a while ago. Not only a very unsafe overtake but also an animal dragging its snout along the road.
