Just sharpened my Christmas present to 16000 grit. I used to think 5000 grit was enough, and mostly it was until I decided to sharpen my good stuff to 16000. Night and day difference. Rob Cosman is a genius.

Just felt like making it. Initially engraved the logo with my laser, but it wasn't deep enough and I sanded the bottom half off, so had to use manual pyrography to complete it.

Happy customer. I will probably now just have to help with getting the colour to match the rest of the cabinet. Repaired the sunken side panels too, so now both drawers fit, but the runners need some finesse.

I was contacted by a local lady who found me on Google, and she asked if I can make a drawer for a cabinet from about 1920 she is restoring and is missing one. There is a bit more work to do on the cabinet than just replacing a drawer, but I think I nailed this. Will make 2, so they match, and one doesn't look 100 years younger than the other..

There has been a lot of rain lately and this is a great example of why breadboard ends let the main laminated board expand and contract without cracking. The size of this bench top would have broken any other end that was glued on.

This is why table and bench tops should have breadboard style ends, not glued on like this. Over 10 years old, no warranty sorry.

I made all the wood stuff in this photo. Except the floor. The kitchen isn't finished because they can't get the builder to finish it due to COVID restrictions. Ironically I haven't been able to see it in person yet either.
