I am truly humbled and grateful to each and every one of you who has shown me support and patience as I embark on this new project. Creating my first Vlodcast has been an exhilarating journey, and knowing that you are all backing me makes it even more fulfilling.

I have spent the last few weeks crafting a loose script for episode 1, and I must admit, it's proven to be more challenging than I expected. Let me explain. I have planned for 10 initial episodes to drop on the 15th of each month starting in April, and I have outlined topics & subjects for each episode thereafter. BUT, I decided to leave episode 1 open-ended so we can get acquainted better - giving YOU, my soon-to-be audience, the chance to understand why I feel so passionately about sharing this with you.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you immensely for supporting me through the launch of my very own podcast! It means everything to know you're rooting for me while I create something near and dear to my spirit. Now hang tight, because come April 15th, Episode One drops (and they only get deeper from here)! Get ready to come on this incredible journey with me.

My body found a way to hide the hell

My codependencies are multiple
I would never draw first blood
And if betrayed I'll give the cold shoulder for life
Midnight to three is when I feel the safest
My panic subsides and my trauma erases
Most of my life I grew up on a fault line

That I can't fall asleep in the dark
