Imagine facing a life-threatening situation and waiting longer than necessary for help to arrive. This is the reality many Victorians could face due to the current pressures on our paramedic services. Our dedicated paramedics are working tirelessly, but they're being hampered by mandates that restrict their ability to provide timely care.

Let's show our paramedics that we value their dedication and that we're committed to ensuring they have the resources and support they need to do their jobs effectively.

Time to bring back all staff that were terminated due to ‘vaccine mandates’ in Victoria.

We need to implement strategies and not just rely on funding to attempt to fix our health system whole heartedly.

Please take a moment today to sign this crucial petition that is so important to all Victorians!

Parliament of Victoria e-Petition 'Review the current vaccine mandates imposed on workers'.

🚨ANNOUNCEMENT🚨 We are thrilled to introduce Jessica Davis as your One Nation candidate for Dunkley! Jessica Davis for Dunkley - Pauline Hanson's One Nation

Jessica Davis is a proud Victorian with a strong background in healthcare, emergency services, and workers’ rights advocacy. Born and raised in Melbourne, she pursued her passion for helping others by earning a Bachelor of Nursing from RMIT University and later becoming a paramedic with Ambulance Victoria. For nearly 20 years, she served on the front lines in emergency nursing and paramedicine, caring for thousands of Victorians.

Jessica’s commitment to her colleagues extended beyond patient care—she became actively involved in workplace advocacy, volunteering with Ambulance Employees Australia Victoria (AEAV) to fight for better conditions for health workers.

In 2021, her career was abruptly cut short by COVID-19 vaccine mandates, forcing thousands of frontline workers out of their jobs. Refusing to stay silent, she founded Australians Working For Australians (AW4A), a platform advocating for workers’ rights, lawful workplace protections, and the reinstatement of health workers unfairly dismissed.

Jessica’s activism led her to One Nation, where she ran as a candidate in the 2022 Victorian state election. She has since been a strong voice on critical issues, including:

- Workers’ rights and freedom of choice
- Fairer public health policies
- Protecting Australian jobs and industries
- Sensible immigration and refugee policies
- Water security and environmental management

A devoted mother, Jessica understands the importance of protecting Australian families from government overreach and bureaucratic interference. She is committed to bringing integrity, accountability, and common-sense policies to Canberra, ensuring that the voices of everyday Australians are heard.

Jessica Davis stands for freedom, fairness, and a government that puts Australians first.

There's been a significant development in Victoria regarding COVID-19 vaccine mandates. On October 4th, the Victorian Secretary of Health announced their decision to revoke these mandates.

This is a positive step for Victorians who felt their livelihoods were unfairly impacted by the mandates. Many hard-working individuals lost their jobs, and this decision paves the way for their return to the workforce.

Introducing Ms Jessica Davis

Jessica Davis was born in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, in the early 1980s. Jessica grew up in a nurturing environment that instilled in her the values of service, compassion, and community involvement. From a young age, she witnessed her family's dedication to helping others, which inspired her to pursue a career in health and emergency services.

Jessica attended RMIT University, earning her Bachelor of Nursing in 2003, achieving her goal of becoming a Registered Nurse Division 1 and furthered her nursing training and qualification in the emergency critical care setting. Dedicated to expanding her skill set, she later completed her paramedic training and received her certification from Monash University and became a highly respected paramedic with Ambulance Victoria in 2008. Jessica has devoted approximately 20 years to the health sector, simultaneously working as a paramedic and nurse predominately in the emergency department at Monash Medical Centre Clayton, where she gained invaluable life experience caring for thousands of injured, sick and vulnerable people within the community of both rural and metropolitan regions of Victoria.

In addition to her front-line work, Jessica became actively involved in her professional community. She volunteered with the Ambulance Employees Australia Victoria (AEAV), paramedic union, where she passionately advocated for the rights and welfare of her fellow paramedics and health workers. Her commitment to teamwork and community made her a beloved figure among her peers.

However, in 2021, Jessica's unwavering dedication to her profession was put to the test amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The introduction of vaccine mandates significantly altered the dynamic within the healthcare community of Australia. Despite her previously unblemished career and commitment to her ethical duties, Jessica was negatively impacted by these mandates, leading to her termination from her role as a paramedic and nurse. This decision not only affected her career but also came as a huge burden, particularly as a devoted mother of two young children.

In the wake of her terminations, Jessica felt compelled to channel her experiences into positive action. This led her to establish 'Australians Working For Australians (AW4A)' a private initiative aimed at providing support for healthcare workers and paramedics who were seeking remedies to combat injustices faced due to vaccine mandates. This business facilitated two key causes, 'Victorian Paramedics Seeking Remedy' and 'All Victorian Health Employees Seeking Remedy', advocating for lawful vaccine instructions for all Australians, protections for her peers struggling with similar dilemmas and striving towards getting all Victorians who were terminated by vaccine mandates back to work, into their previous roles, they held before the COVID-19 pandemic.

Through her enterprise, Jessica became a prominent voice in discussions about public health policies and workers' rights, tirelessly campaigning for a respectful understanding of legal frameworks concerning vaccine mandates. Her activism also extended to running as a candidate in the Victorian state election for One Nation in 2022. Jessica’s greater understanding of political issues, has stemmed from discussions with the general public and members of parliament surrounding several controversial issues, such as firearm ownership, foreign ownership, medical cannabis, water, refugees, health, Australian jobs and infrastructure, climate change, immigration and our homeless population.

Jessica has engaged consistently in discussions with the public at local community events, online meetings, and social media platforms, she actively listens to people's concerns and experiences and works with the community to determine and focus on implementing solutions.

Outside her professional endeavors, Jessica is a devoted mother. Balancing the demands of her political career and new business with the responsibilities of parenting, Jessica often emphasizes the importance of resilience and integrity for her children. Her commitment to serving others and standing up for personal freedoms remains a guiding philosophy in her personal and professional life.

Despite the challenges she has faced, Jessica remains optimistic about her future and the future of her professional accomplishments. She continues to spread awareness about the importance of supporting Victoria's workers in their pursuit of lawful treatment and their fundamental right to human rights. Ms. Jessica Davis is an embodiment of resilience and determination in the face of personal and professional hurdles.

Through her extensive background in nursing, paramedicine, and community work, her advocacy for positive change, and her unwavering dedication to her family, Jessica represents a new generation of healthcare professionals and if elected, members of parliament. She prioritizes community support and ethical standards, not only within Australia's healthcare system but she would continue to demonstrate her qualities and attributes in the House of Representatives of the Parliament of Australia; representing the views of the people within her electorate.

Australia is a first-world country because it's the quintessential backbone of its lawful and orderly society. Jessica will strive to uphold our core Australian values, she has high expectations for herself and her colleagues to provide a bright and prosperous future for our children. Her ongoing work signifies her essential role in the evolving conversation about public health, people's rights, political issues and the paramount virtue of community solidarity.

Together, we can create a brighter future for Dunkley. No issue is too trivial or insignificant; if it concerns you, it is important and deserves attention. All community issues should be voiced and addressed promptly, as they could become the spark of a larger problem if left unresolved. As a member of parliament governs an electoral division, it is essential to establish a close connection between members of parliament, local city council staff and residents that work and reside within the community of Dunkley. This connection should be built on a platform of regular, open and honest discussions that respect all cultures, traditions, beliefs, and perspectives. It is important to consider both positive and negative feedback in order to find effective solutions to our community issues.
