We recently spent a couple of days in Perth filming a case study looking at improved methods of metal recycling. This is 1 in a series of videos for a Melbourne company who is designing modern recycling systems for clients in both Australia and NZ.

We had a blast with the team at Le Diner en Blanc creating the highlights video for their latest event in Melbourne.

We had two camera ops shooting simultaneously so we didn't miss a minute!

The biggest challenge was editing down nearly 4 hours of footage, shot in the stunning Catani Gardens in St Kilda, to just 3 minutes!

Looking forward to the next one!

We had a great time today running a workshop for highschool students in partnership with Neurodiversity Victoria.

We set up a 2 camera scene while discussing lenses, lighting, audio and composition. Chris jumped in to do some acting with the head or the org and the students cut and graded it after lunch!

It's always fun to get into the community, teach some of what you know and let kids get hands on with cameras and lights.

We recently teamed up with the Peninsula Community Legal Centre to produce a series of 6 videos to complement an online course they were creating.

The course helps keep FV workers up to date with best practises when working with victim survivors who are trying to navigate complex legal systems.

The total run time of the 6 videos is almost 2 hours which is definitely one of the longest projects we've produced.

We filmed using a tele-prompt for script accuracy, a 2 camera, 2 mic setup and we even snuck in some PCLC branding by organising a coloured backdrop for their boardroom.

We love working with different NFP organisations and are always blown away by the incredible work they're doing every day.

Was great being back at the NGVGala event this year shooting video on the red carpet. We had our mobile edit suit set up in the media room to deliver 3 videos on the night to different news networks. Had a sneak peak of the McQueen exhibition too 😁

We recently partnered with Guide Dogs Australia to create this video for International Guide Dog Day.

We aimed to highlight the struggle many Guide Dog handlers experience when trying to use taxi and ride share services, often being illegally refused access because of their Guide Dog.

We had a great time exploring ways to replicate the POV of a person with low vision and used these shots to place the audience in their shoes.

We had an awesome team on this project and couldn't have done it without them all giving us their best!

For the last month we've been working on something pretty exciting with a whole bunch of super cool people! Can't wait to share it when it launches on the 27th.

In late 2019 the marketing team at University College engaged us to create a series of case study videos showing what it is like to live at UC.

Over a 2 year period we filmed a whole range of extracurricular activities as well as interviews with students to create 3 individual case study videos which now live on the front page of the UC website.

We ended up cutting together a bonus hero video after the 3 individual case study videos were completed.

We faced many struggles with Covid lockdowns and access to a lot of events restricted, so the project was expanded out to encompass 2 years at UC!

We hope you enjoy the results as much as we enjoyed filming it.
