Only 9 News was there as the 42 year-old was led away by Police. He’s now charged with four counts of arson.

COVID RULE CHANGE
From today onwards close contacts will not be required to isolate. They will be able to leave home, provided they take a rapid antigen test daily for a week. They also must wear a face mask when outside of the home and indoors, advise their workplace of their close contact status and avoid high risk premises such as aged care facilities and hospitals.
