Generosity is at its strongest when it comes from a place of valuing yourself.

Not because of what you do or what you give, but because of who you are...

The Generosity Guy

Generosity has been called a muscle: if you don’t use it you lose it. And the benefits of generosity are staggering, physically, emotionally, psychologically. The purpose of the Generosity Guy is to help people with their journey of strengthening their generosity muscle.

In our culture, giving money away, being generous with our time and other resources, can seem counter intuitive, especially in a capitalist society when the emphasis is creating wealth for yourself. But true purpose and belonging are found when we use what we have for the benefit of others.

Kieran talks often about generosity, not because he has mastered it, but because it is something that he struggles with and considers as a vital part of life. Each day he tries to remind himself that being generous is a grander goal to aim for rather than being stingy. This page is an outworking of that.

The Generosity Guy is convinced that a more generous our communities are, the healthier our culture is. Let’s discover how we can be more generous today.
