When I first read this recently I was skeptical, so I decided to test this out and I was honestly SHOCKED at the results.
I chose 3 foods I know Sacha wouldn’t usually touch: celery, zucchini and lettuce, and put them in a basic sensory set up with water and tools. Within 5 minutes he had eaten 2/3 of them 🤯
What food would you do this with? I’m planning to try capsicum next 🫑
