With the Caritas Carnival unable to go ahead for the senior class of St Gabriel's School Enfield SA in 2020 due to COVID-19, teacher Rosa Angelino came up with the idea to turn Year 6 Business and Economics studies into real-life stalls for an event held in July. Everyone predicted it would be successful... but no one expected to what extent on the day.
