Looking for a creative way to build trust with your audience?
I recently filmed a few shots of my trip to Melbourne for a client meeting. I wanted to show how simple it is to create visual sequences and highlight the value in sharing some everyday BTS 🎥
Creating these sequences is an authentic way to share a little more of who you are and build trust with your audience.
Honestly, being able to shoot simple BTS content is skill everyone should have up their sleeve!
I’ll put list of the equipment I used below, but honestly all you really need is an iPhone and a selfie stick!📱
If you want help, comment ‘BTS’ and I’ll send you my ’BTS content hacks and travel shotlist’
Gear I Used:
• DJI Action 4 Camera
• DJI Mic 2 (Bluetooth)
• Selfie Stick

A key challenge all founders have to overcome...
Being natural on camera is harder than it sounds. I've coached a lot of people to produce organic content that tells a compelling story.
And its crazy what happens when we step in front of a camera and press record. We often become awkward/scripted/robotic. This is the last thing you want when your a founder flying the flag for your brand.
Join me for a few BTS snippets as I tackle this challenge head on with Forever Art founder, Andrew Scott.

Where do you draw the line filming content in public? 🤳
It’s grey AF area and we all have very different boundaries. I saw this video on ABC the other day, and I think this is big discussion we need to have in today’s digital world where everyone is filming everything. 👀
In my last business I filmed people in public for clients pretty consistently for 10 years. Before that I was a journalist so I feel strongly about this issue.
Here are three things I steer clear of when filming in public:
👧 Children. I never film a child without the consent of the parents. For a whole host of reasons.
🏡 Unkowing people in their private space, like their home or yard. I personally just find it creepy.
💭Filming without thinking first, using common sense and reading the room. Every situation is different and requires a level of nuanced thinking
I’d love to hear your thoughts on digital etiquette and filming in public spaces. 💬
